Parent Requirements: |
Couples and single females, between ages 25 and 55. Both parents must be U.S. Citizens and reside in the United States. |
| Available Children: | Boys and girls are available for adoption in Kazakhstan, both healthy with minor medical needs, and special needs. | |
| Adoption Timetable: | From dossier arrival, your waiting time to travel to Kazakhstan can be up to 10 months for a boy, and up to 15 months for a girl. These are estimates, and it may take longer. | |
| Method of Referral: | Referrals are made by review of videos or pictures and medical reports of waiting children in advance of dossier submission. | |
| Travel Requirements: | You will take two trips to Kazakhstan. The first trip will last four weeks, and both parents must travel and stay the entire time. The second trip lasts 2-4weeks . On this trip you pick up your child and bring him or her home | |
| Fees: | Agency fee $5500, foreign fees range with region and the child's age and health. $5000 to $15,000. | |
