Was admitted to the Orphanage with the following diagnosis: brain damage related to hypoxia and ischemia, OU – microphtalm, OS – coloboma of retina, anemia 1^st degree.

Born to young and healthy parents, first pregnancy, mother has rubella during pregnancy. Apgar score 8-9, weight at delivery - 3,400 g, length – 50 cm. Early neonatal period without any problems; had several flu and chicken pox, some developmental delay. Vaccinated according to schedule.

Surgical treatment is currently not needed.

Recommendations: prevention of trauma of left eye, regular consultations with ophthalmologist.
