Born on time, healthy.  He entered the orphanage at the age of 3 1/2 years.  He is polite but guarded. He does well in school, grade level, he is intellectually fine.  He is a very strong reader and is quite talented in art.  He has ADHD and should be placed in a family with no children or with no younger children in the home.  He can be aggressive and a behavioral management program would benefit him.
