MEDICAL REPORT
Kert

DOB:
March 1, 1994

You would never know from looking at this handsome young man that he struggles with mild CP.

He was born prematurely at 33 weeks gestation, birth weight 2170g apgar score 7/3/8.  Diagnosis at birth was blood inside the brain.  A computer test does show some cerebral damage and he may have mild cerebral palsy.  He uses special orthopedic shoes but has no trouble walking.  He wears glasses, kidneys are slightly under-developed.  He is in special education.  He does well but needs assistance with homework.  He is a friendly boy with a good sense of humor.  He is continually asking the orphanage staff when they will find a family for him.  He wants this very much. His overall health is good.  Kert will be placed as a child with special needs.  The agency fee and foreign fees are both reduced.  In addition to married couples and single women, Kert can also be adopted by single fathers.

Kert has waited far too long for a family to call his own.
