He was born during 40 th week of pregnancy. 5th pregnancy, 4th delivery. Weight was 2099 grams. Height 49 cm. Head 35 cm. Apgar 8.
In orphanage since two years old. At that time, he could speak some words but his speech was not understandable. At 2 years, 11 months he can speak phrases, he can eat and drink by himself and use the potty by himself. He can play according to his age. Sept 2004 at 5 years old, he had an examination by a psychologist. He must have task repeated several times. He can take care of himself according to his age. He is at a 4 year speech level in vocabulary. This is because of his childhood, not his abilities. His tasks at analogy were at a lower level than his age. He needed additional direction to complete tasks. His development was at level of a four year old at age 5. He speaks a lot but sometimes not using correct grammar. His speech sometimes does not make sense but he likes to discuss topics for a long time. His social development is very good. He knows about a lot of flowers. He needs a lot of explanation when given directions. When he answers some question, he is not sure about his answer and likes confirmation. If he finds the correct answer, he is not sure if it is right. When he looks at picture, he can't make up a story but he can describe the picture's content. He knows his numbers up to 18. He has not learned his letters.
His concentration is not very good. His logic is not at a high level.

His cognitive skill is between 3 and 4 years old.
His motor skills are that of a 4 year old. His has enlarged lymph nodes on his neck.
His speech is clear. He can dress by himself and undress by himself. He has had the BCG vaccine in Oct. 2000.
He talks a lot. Sometimes there is no logic in his speech. When he describes pictures, he needs help. (prompting)
He does not always know his colors. He doesn't pay attention to details. His has a short attention span.
Logic and analogy tasks require help. 

At 2 years of age, he was delayed but not of organic nature.
His speech was at 11 month level.
